Transforming Heatforce’s Digital Strategy for Enhanced Market Reach
What we did
To address Heatforce’s lead generation needs, we focused on a digital marketing strategy using Meta and TikTok advertising. We identified our target audiences as private tenants or homeowners with an EPC rating of D or below, who either receive benefits or have a household income of less than £31,000, or both. This week, we specifically analysed deprived postcodes in Wales and postcodes where households earn less than £31,000, targeting ads to individuals predominantly found in these areas to optimise ad spending and increase relevance.
We created targeted graphics and videos to attract the audience of the ECO4 campaign. We also implemented a Heyflow form to streamline lead qualification, ensuring only promising prospects reach Heatforce, while others are directed to explore additional services. Our method involved rigorous testing and refinement of our ad campaigns. We monitored each ad’s performance closely, adjusting in real time to maintain an optimal cost-performance ratio, ensuring an efficient conversion process tailored to Heatforce’s goals.

Our targeting strategy honed in on specific demographics, increasing the ads’ relevance and impact. Interactive elements like clickable links and embedded forms in the video ads were integrated to capture viewer interest and facilitate immediate action, effectively streamlining the conversion process.
The Results
Following the implementation of our targeted digital marketing strategy for Heatforce, the outcomes were highly encouraging and surpassed initial expectations. We had projected generating between 50 to 70 leads per month based on their budget. However, within just one month, our efforts yielded 104 leads, significantly exceeding our target. Moreover, the cost efficiency of these results was notable, with each lead costing as low as £3.49.
This performance not only demonstrated the effectiveness of our precisely tailored ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok but also affirmed the strength of our strategic focus on specific demographic and geographical targeting. The use of innovative tools like the Heyflow form further enhanced lead qualification, ensuring that only highly relevant prospects were engaged, which contributed to the higher conversion rate and optimal resource use.
