Monitoring and Accountability
- We monitor our diversity data (where volunteered) to inform decisions and improve representation.
- This policy is reviewed annually by the Operations Director and shared with the Board.
- Concerns or breaches can be raised confidentially through our internal complaints or whistleblowing procedure.
